Probably best engi build for casual gaming.

Easy 25 might stacks, perma vigor and swiftness. Aoe dmg, blind, knockbacks.
Damage boost for every boon, +10% crit chance under 50% enemy hp, condi removing, chance change condition into boons and many more =)
